  I had to wait for over two hours with a sick baby. They didn't run my insurance at all the first time. Then they told me that they couldn't get ahold of my insurance company and I'd have to call them for reimbursement. I eventually gave up because I wanted to take my baby home. So I had to pay full retail price. I don't think they had a clue what they were doing. Everyone the came in before and after me seemed to leave pissed. They really need to adequately staff and train their pharmacy technicians.
