Unfortunately there were some issues with the install, but Phil, the installation manager, jumped right on it. He even engaged Mohawk and after a couple of independent inspections my carpet was replaced. Phil stayed on top of things and was determined to make me a satisfied customer. The installers, Oscars and Angel, we're exceptional and I am very happy with my carpet and Dalton Carpet Center.
