  The store is fine. The pharmacy service is terrible. You will ALWAYS wait forever. Especially if you're feeling bad and have to wait in the drive through. They need more help.

  I just called the pharmacy. I had one bad experience there before and left very upset however that person was a temp and removed upon my very negative experience that was very public. Things have been going great until today. I got deja vu all over again when I called and talked to a man that was extremely unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to someone else and he barked, "there is noone else, so wait!" I discovered that he was the pharmacist, hence the response that " there is no one else." He doesn' t press the hold button instead he slams it on the counter. All I hear are cash registers. His name is Charles. He eventually comes back on the line to repeatedly tell me he did not have my son's medicine. Nevertheless, I kept telling him I turned it in Friday and had a detailed conversation regarding the medicine with the other pharmacist and he kept telling me I was wrong. Then he finds it and without apologizing told me my price and that was it. I asked him what was the problem? The man told me I kept asking questions. Really??
